- Community Leadership: Elevate awareness of the powerful ROI from investing in young children and working families and cultivate solutions in your local communities.
- State Policy & Advocacy: Shape and support state policy solutions that expand access to early care and education and strengthen economic stability for working families.
- Workplace Innovation: Explore and showcase family-friendly practices that help businesses attract and retain top talent while helping Tennessee’s working families to thrive.
- Stay tuned for an exciting announcement about our partnership with United Way of Chattanooga to bring their United for Working Families course to the TBFF.
What it means to participate:
- Regular programming: Your leadership teams are invited to attend and share ideas at regular virtual and in-person events.
- Customized events: At your request, we’ll support you to shape and implement solutions-focused conversations and events with your employees, members, and/or stakeholders.
- State policy agenda: You’ll help shape the Forum’s shared state policy priorities and vote on what it gets behind. You’ll also get the data and information you need to socialize the Forum’s policy priorities with your teams as your organization builds its own legislative priorities.
