What is it?
Los Niños Bien Educados (LNBE) is a parenting skill-building program created specifically for parents of Latinx American children. Additionally, LNBE is catered toward low-income immigrant families. The purpose of the program is to teach parents about defining good and bad behaviors, adjusting to the United States, and basic parenting skills such as effective praise and time-outs. The program is typically conducted in three-hour weekly sessions over the course of 12 weeks.

Parents that participate in LNBE demonstrate improvements in parent-child relationships, cultural adjustments, and parenting skills.
