Blair Taylor is TQEE’s Founder, President & CEO.
She founded the organizations in 2016 and is well known “on the hill” in Nashville and across the state for her advocacy work, vision and strong leadership on behalf of Tennessee’s youngest learners. Blair is also President and CEO of Memphis Tomorrow, an association of CEOs of Memphis’ largest businesses working through public-private partnerships to ensure all Memphians have the opportunity to thrive. Blair holds master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University in New York City, and a bachelor of arts degree in Political and Social Theory from Connecticut College. Earlier in her career Blair was the founder and President of The Work Place, a nonprofit job training and placement firm for people transitioning from government dependency to self-sufficiency .
